If it’s the wrong size, doesn't fit or look as desired, no worries! You may return purchased Products for EXCHANGE/REFUND within 30 days from the purchase date, subject to compliance with the terms & conditions agreed when using our products and services, below is a resumed version of our returns and exchange compliance:

**Your Best Kilts, Amazon or eBay invoice copy or original must be enclosed with the returned products. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in “as new condition”, and with all component products, parts, accessories, and other documents and items**.

**If you return Products (1) which have been damaged or used, (2) after the 30 working days returns period, (3) parts of which, including components, included products, accessories, packaging, boxes, documents and/or other items are damaged or missing, or (4) without pre-paid delivery, Best Kilts retains the right either to refuse to refund product purchase price (subject to applicable local law), or to charge you repair, restocking or related fees and delivery charges. Best Kilts may, in that case, deduct those fees and charges from any payments to be refunded to you**.

On the return of Products*, Best Kilts will, subject to the above limitations, repay the actual amount paid to Best Kilts, less any fees and charges due to Best Kilts (as per the above), by crediting your relevant credit card or bank account (or other means).

The issue by Best Kilts of a return reference number shall not constitute an acceptance or acknowledgement of any right to return Products, except to the extent that these Terms or mandatory applicable laws confer such a right.

On cancelling Services*, Best Kilts will, subject to the above qualifications, repay the actual amount paid to Best Kilts, less any fees and charges due to Best Kilts (as per the above), by crediting your relevant credit card or bank account, refunds may take up to 72 Hours.

*On returning products, postage costs are retained and are not refundable.

Our deduction fees may vary:

Late Returns: -18.4% +0.20p (GBP) of product sale price.(This charge cover fees charges that can not be reversed after 30 days from the sale date.)
Damaged goods Returns: 30% of product sale price excluded shipment Charge.
Missing parts or components: Missing product sale price charge.
Without Packaging: £0.50 for product packaging.
Cancelling Custom Made Orders: 30% of product sale price excluded shipment Charge, Canceling order within 48Hrs does not apply fee charges.

2. Returning for a refund?

if your product return complies with our return policy above - You can simply send the product/s back to us to our returns address below or alternatively you may get a return label from us and drop your item at the nearest post office. This service provides you with a return label to allow the return of product/s back to us using Royal Mail Track services.

International Returns / Exchange

As you might have experienced we meet a high standard quality for our international deliveries being able to hand your items within 2-5 working days on Express deliveries or 3-10 working days on Standard service. Overseas customers are able to return their products for exchange or refunds within 30 days from the delivery date.

1. REFUND: If you wish to return your product/s back to us for a refund* you can either have the item sent back to us directly to our return address using your local post/mail services, alternatively you may use our premium returns service "World Return Services" by clicking below.

EXCHANGE: If you wish to return your product/s back to us for an exchange*, unfortunately, we don’t provide a straight exchange service for customers abroad, but we can suggest sending the current product back for a refund and in the meantime, you can place an order for the right size/style you need so when the first item arrives for a refund you may have already received your exchange, alternatively you may use the "World Return Services" to send the product back to us.

Return Import & Duties: when returning the item/s back to us is very important that you declare them as "RETURN" so we are not charged import fees by customs, if you have not declared your return from overseas as "RETURN" we will not accept and it may be redirected back to you.

  • How do I get a quote?

    simply contact us on 0131 202 6899 or send us an email to enquiries@bestkilts.com with your tartan, sizes, accessories choices to crate your order, alternatively you may add all items to the cart that you wish to have a quote for, and by adding a value above the quote specified value (£500) you will then be able to register and save it for 7 days as a quote under your account for aproval, once the quote has been revised and updated for best rates we will then send you instructions for payment to be made from your account.

  • How do I get my Returns Label?

    To obtain a label fist you need to purchase a service that provides a return label return, after after you have successfully purchased a service, LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, CLICK ON THE RED BUTTON BELOW YOUR LABEL ORDER TO GENERATE YOUR LABEL.

    Please use a computer connected to a printer in order to have the label download and printed for the first time.

  • How to return an item for refund?

    In order to have your item sent back to us for a refund you can either send it back to us directly to the address printed on your invoice, or you can use one of our tracked services provided to have it sent directly to us (a printer required when using our services).

    -If you have sent us item/s back for an exchange but have not paid costs to send it back to you please use our RETURN FEE ONLY.

    This service covers cost to send exchanged items back to you on  Royal Mail Track Service

     

    - If you are returning items for a refund only we recommend using the RETURNS LABEL ONLY.

    This service covers cost of sending your item back to us using Royal Mail Track 48 Service

     

    - If you are sending item/s back for an exchange we recommend to use our service RETURN EXCHANGE FEE UK + Track 48 Return Label

    Our delivery system calculates and delivers the most low-cost charges to your destination, in the event of a bulk order where weight limits could exceed more than 15Kgs we could then re-evaluate the costs for a more efficient low-cost rate using our premium services.
